Full members of ACFA have to have:
- An Equal Opportunities Policy
- Third-party insurance (professional Indemnity)
- Membership of a nationally recognised body
- Marketing/Copywriting support
- A complaints procedure.

You can search for advice by postcode, category or using a keyword. You may need to check that the agency you plan to approach covers the subject area you need help with and can see people from your area – some agencies are Bristol-wide, and some have geographical boundaries.
