David and Victoria Beckham will be renting a £16 million mansion in Malibu for the summer, FindAProperty.com has reported.
According to the property portal, the family will be living in a seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom beachside pad so close to the Pacific Ocean that the kids – Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, eight, and Cruz, six – will be able to splash around to their hearts’ content.
Victoria Beckham, who is pregnant with her first girl, will no doubt love the property’s luxurious amenities: a sauna, 50ft outdoor pool and tropical gardens are just some of the perks of the home.
Posh and her footballer husband David, who plays for LA Galaxy, are rumoured to be paying £61,000 a month in rent. But if the growing family becomes particularly fond of the Malibu property they could always buy it – it’s currently on the market for $27 million (around £16.67 million).
